Big Island Real Estate Market News

Condo sales prices have continued to rise over the last quarter to unprecedented highs here in Kona, but that has not yet caused a slowdown in buying. In a study released last week, the Big Island showed a 77% increase in condo prices over the past year, bringing them more into line with the other islands.
